RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We believe buying clothes online should be as easy as walking into a shop, with the added advantage of being able to try things on in your own time. Therefore if you need to return an item for any reason, we’ve made this process as easy as we possibly can.
As long as the items are returned unused and in their original packaging (including tags) within the relevant time frame stated below, we’ll endeavour to refund your account as soon as the parcel arrives back with us. When the return is processed you'll receive an email confirming your refund. Please note it can take up to 5 working days from receipt of the email for your bank account to be credited.
Please handle all items with care when trying on. Unfortunately we are not able to refund items marked with any makeup, deodorant or perfume, or where any unnecessary force has been used.
Please note all returns are your responsibility until the item is back with us.
For our UK customers, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery if you aren’t happy with your purchase for any reason.
Simply complete the returns note provided stating your reason for return and pack up the item(s) including tags in the gift box. Reseal the bag using the inbuilt adhesive tape and apply the returns label provided, covering the existing label. Then take it along to your local post office who will scan the label and do the rest for you. Please ensure you ask for proof of postage at the counter in the event of any issues.
For customers outside of the UK, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery if you aren’t happy with your purchase for any reason. Unfortunately we're not able to offer free returns for international orders unless the item is incorrect or faulty. If this is the case, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
Simply complete the returns note provided stating your reason for return and pack up the item(s) including tags in the gift box. You'll then be free to choose a delivery method which suits you best. However you choose to send, please ensure you get proof of postage in the event of any issues.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so an exchange can be made for a different size of the same product, subject to stock availability.
Please complete the returns note provided stating the size you'd like in exchange and pack up the item(s) including tags in the gift box. Please then follow the same procedure for returning as stated above. Your replacement item will be sent upon receipt of the original item.
You are eligible for one exchange per purchase and you will need to cover the cost of returning the exchanged item if it's still not correct.
Important information - All exchanges are shipped from the UK so import duties or taxes may apply and are your responsibility.
Please note, if an item has been reduced in price we are unable to offer you any credit.
