With Portobello Market, Hyde Park and West London all within walking distance, Egg Break in Notting Hill offers everything you need to start your adventure.
When it first launched, it looked like someone had been a bit liberal with the Tipp-Ex...
...but now you'll see it's been spruced up with a clean, modernised exterior.
Fans of The Hoxton group of hotels (www.thehoxton.com) will be pleased to hear the group have fully taken over what was once a joint collaboration with Soho House.
The menu runs from breakfast to dinner with everything in between.
You’ll struggle to choose only one thing from the menu because it all looks really tasty, from charred pink grapefruit to crunchy french toast. And that's just the breakfast menu.
The McMuffin was a supreme wake me up snack. Exactly what you wish the one from that fast food place would serve up instead of a lump of rubber pretending to be breakfast.
Crushed avocado on toast with poached eggs. If you’re feeling naughty you can even add bacon or chorizo. Not only was this delicious but if you wanted to take ridiculous EGG BREAK-ing boomerang videos, you could.
Egg Break is only a few steps from Notting Hill tube station. However it’s hidden away on a humble little backstreet, so you can be certain the hoards of tourists who go to Portobello Market will never find it.
There’s plenty of space downstairs too, in case you were worried about getting a table at busy times. There’s just more natural light upstairs if you like that kind of thing.
If you’re looking for a minimal yet inviting space with egg-ztremely delicious food, then head over to this little gem just moments from the heart of bustling Notting Hill. We'll be doing the same again very soon!
